MIDLAND, TX. (THECOUNT) — Dillard’s department store at the Midland Park Mall was flooded after a partial roof collapse in during severe storm.
The incident was captured by a customer on SnapChat through a series of videos.
It began outside of the mall showing hail encompassing the entire parking lot. Then, enter into the home section where water vigorously pours overhead on top of merchandise. It appears to have a waterfall effect as it explodes down from the caved in ceiling and begins to coat the floors of the store, reports NewsWest9.
Midland Park Mall is located in North Midkiff Road, in Midland, TX.
At this time we don’t know the source of the massive leak causing the water to spew everywhere.
The property damages are unknown but expected to go into the tens of thousands.
