CORRECTION: TheCount.com Posted An Incorrect Image Associated With An Article

MANDAN, ND. (THECOUNT) — Chiropractor, Chad Isaak, of Washburn, North Dakota, was arrested Thursday in connection with a quadruple-murder on Monday at a Mandan, North Dakota, business. We would like to firstly show respect and our heartfelt sympathy to the many family members and friends who are currently suffering the loss of their loved ones.

Having said the above, TheCount.com mistakenly utilized an image in our story of a man not related to the above case. When we learned of the error we immediately took action, deleting the photo and issuing a correction on the actual article.

We make every effort to make sure our facts are correct before publishing and pride ourself in a long history of doing just that. However, from time to time mistakes are made in our reporting. A mistake may occur because of bad source information we received in the creation of an article, and sometimes it is a simple case of human error in fact checking and or writer fatigue.

We acknowledge the stress and confusion our incorrect reporting may have caused regarding the above matter. And for that reason, we would like to again sincerely apologise to those affected, as we reached out and also said in the actual story correction. We blew it, plain and simple and it is a very bad day for us over here when we make a mistake in our reporting and or disappoint our readers in any way, shape or form.

Also, we do not wish to further a thread involving the ongoing Chad Isaak case as it relates to an unrelated issue and to in no way trivialize the multiple families currently suffering unimaginable grief over the loss of their loved ones.
