CORBIN, KY. (THECOUNT) — Gregory Siler, of Williamsburg, has been identified as the man killed in Corbin, Kentucky Friday after being fatally struck by a falling tree limb while working at residence at Tattersall Trails Estates in Corbin Friday afternoon.
“Greg” Siler, 45, was hit on the head by a tree branch and was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
No autopsy will be performed, reports WYMT.
The tragic incident has been ruled an accident.
