ROSENDALE, WI. (THECOUNT) — Rose Larson of Brandon, Wisconsin, has been identified as the victim in a possible weather related two-vehicle crash in Rosendale Monday afternoon.
Larson, 25, was operating a vehicle on State 26 in Rosendale, when she lost control and struck a vehicle traveling opposite direction, according to reports.
A 61-year-old woman, who was operating the other vehicle, was transported to an area hospital where her condition was not considered life-threatening.
Larson was killed at the scene and pronounced dead a short time later. Her dog was also killed in the violent crash.
Larson was driving with her dog at the time of the crash and it was also killed, according to the sheriff’s department. source
The crash remains under investigation.

Rosendale is a village in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 1,063 at the 2010 census. The village is located partially within the Town of Rosendale and partially within the Town of Springvale, according to Wikipedia.
