TYLER, TX. (THECOUNT) — Bradley Brockman, the Texas man found shot Sunday, Dec, 16, in Tyler, has died in the hospital, according to a Tyler Police press release.
Brockman, 45, had been listed in critical condition since being shot by suspect, Kristian Perdomo, at Westwood Shopping Center located at S SW Loop 323 & Chandler, in Tyler, TX.

The Tyler Police Department received notification at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 20 that Bradley Brockman, 45, died as a result of a gunshot wound. Brockman has been listed in critical condition since Sunday, Dec. 16 when he was shot at the Westwood Shopping Center located at S SW Loop 323 and Chandler Highway. The suspect, Kristian Perdomo, was arrested shortly after fleeing the scene. source
Perdomo remains in the Smith County Jail on $1.25 million bond, police said.
The original charge of Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon has been upgraded to Homicide, according to the report. Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a felon has also been added to the charges.
