MOROCCO (THECOUNT) — Here’s another very compelling reason to skip hanging out with those friends and workmates that have been recently dumped, at least when it comes to them cooking you dinner.
A Moroccan woman has been arrested and accused of killing her longtime boyfriend, cooking his remains and then serving the dish to a group of friends and colleagues.
The unnamed woman was angry after her boyfriend of seven years told her he would be marrying someone else, according to local10.
After originally denying any involvement, the woman confessed to killing the man after a human tooth was found inside her blender three months after his disappearance. She admitted to using the blender to mince her ex’s flesh and then cooking it with machboos, a traditional chicken dish with rice. source
Once she prepared the meal, she served the food to workers who lived near her home.
The woman said she had financially provided for her ex-boyfriend before he left her and claims killing him was during a moment of insanity.
With the exception of the aforementioned cuisine, Moroccan food is enjoyed across the world.
Morocco, a North African country bordering the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, is distinguished by its Berber, Arabian and European cultural influences. Marrakech’s medina, a maze-like medieval quarter, offers entertainment in its Djemaa el-Fna square and souks (marketplaces) selling ceramics, jewelry and metal lanterns. The capital Rabat’s Kasbah of the Udayas is a 12th-century royal fort overlooking the water, according to wikipedia.
