EVANSVILLE, WI. (THECOUNT) — William Church has been identified as the pedestrian killed in an apparent hit-and-run in Evansville, WI, on Saturday.
Church, 21, was found deceased in the middle of a highway in Union Township early Saturday.
Church was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle.
Investigators say the driver fled the scene and had not been located as of Sunday.
Authorities have identified a 21-year-old Evansville man who was killed in an apparent hit-and-run over the weekend. The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department on Sunday identified the victim as William Church. source
