SCOTTSDALE, AZ. (THECOUNT) — Alexandra Ciliento has been identified as the Scottsdale woman accused of leaving her 4-year-old daughter home alone while she was out on a “night of fun,” Saturday
Ciliento, 29, was arrested and is now facing one count of child abuse, after allowing her young daughter to stay home alone while she partied the night away with friends.
A police report said that the mother’s plan was foiled after the 4-year-old exited the home and went to the home of a neighbor, who then waited a full 45 minutes before alerting police.
It then took police another 2 hours to locate Ciliento, who told them that she left the apartment around 11:00 p.m. the night before to go out on the town and had not returned home.
Ciliento says she didn’t know one thing — that her daughter actually knew how to unlock doors in the home. source
The 4-year-old is currently under the supervision of her father and Ciliento is barred from seeing the child.
She is scheduled to be back in court on October 8.
