WINNIE, TX. (THECOUNT) — The six-year-old boy who passed away in a tragic farming accident Thursday in Port Acres, TX, has been identified as Charles Brown.
Brown, a first grade student at Winnie, TX, East Chambers Elementary School, was killed in tractor accident in Port Acres Thursday after his mother said he fell from the moving vehicle.
Charles never met a stranger and would walk up to anybody and introduce himself, she said. He was autistic and loved talking about Pokemon. source
His mother said Charles was riding in the bucket of a tractor while his dad was driving and fell out at the last second.
