WHITEVILLE, NC. (THECOUNT) — The NC Department of the Secretary of State Anti-Counterfeiting Task Force has announced the arrest of North Carolina woman, Carroll Ann Barnes, after the agency says they received multiple complaints about someone selling counterfeit items in Whiteville.
