ST PAUL, MN. (THECOUNT) — Community organization, Native Lives Matter, have identified the man killed in Sunday’s officer-involved shooting as William James Hughes.
Hughes, whose age was not provided, was named by Native Lives Matter Monday as the man gun down in a offer-involced shooting incident Monday.
That identification came the same day a source told 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS the names of the officers involved in the fatal shooting early Sunday are Officer Matt Jones and Officer Vincent Adams. source
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has yet to release an official identification or other details about the incident.
