OK Man Luis Solis Identified As Victim In Lawton Fatal Saturday Afternoon Shooting

LAWTON, OK. (THECOUNT) — Lawton, Oklahoma man, Luis Solis, has been named as the victim in a fatal Saturday afternoon shooting.

Solis, 30, was identified by Lawton Police as the man found with gunshot wounds in an apartment complex parking lot.

He was later pronounced dead at an area hospital.

Police were called out to the 1100 block of Northwest 47th Street around 4:30 Saturday morning. They found 30 year old Luis Solis with two gunshot wounds. No suspects were on the scene. The victim as later pronounced dead at the hospital. source

Police indicated there were witnesses to the fatal incident. Lawton police say those people were taken in for questioning as authorities try and piece together exactly what lead up to this shooting.
