An Ohio toddler struck by two Florida teenagers who were street racing has died a day after being hospitalized. Jessica Reisinger was killed as she push her baby daughter, Lillia, in stroller down a Tampa Bay residential street.
(ORIGINAL STORY:) Three people have been named in a horrific street racing crash that took the life of young Ohio mother, Jessica Reisinger, who was killed as she cross a Tampa Bay street while pushing her child in a stroller.
Cameron Herrin, 18, is accused of speeding in a Mustang along side an unidentified 17-year-old Nissan driver, when he tragic crash occurred in Tampa Bay Wednesday. Both face vehicular homicide charges, police said.
Police said Herrin’s 20-year-old brother Tristan Herrin was also traveling in the Mustang.
Reisinger, 24, from Jeromesville, Ohio, was crossing the road while pushing a baby carriage containing her 21-month-old daughter, Lillia, when they were struck.
Jessica was pronounced dead at the scene.
Recent reports indicated Reisinger’s daughter still listed in critical condition in an area hospital Thursday.
Cameron Herrin and the juvenile face charges of vehicular homicide, street racing and reckless driving. Tristan Herrin is charged with street racing. Attorneys aren’t listed on jail records. source
