Des Moines police have identified, Josue D. Alonzo Jr., as the victim found laying in the street after they received a call of shots fire area of East 30th Street and Garfield Friday evening.
Alonzo, Jr., 20, of Des Moines, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Des Moines Police Department detectives continue to follow investigative leads related to this incident.
