Massive WI Explosion At Husky Energy Superior Mass Casualties Reported

A large explosion has been reported at Husky Energy oil refinery in Superior, WI.

The blast occurred at the the site of the former Calumet oil refinery. There is a report of multiple casualties. Initial reports are at least 20 casualties transported. Multiple agencies have responded.
