We are now learning, Arizona Coyotes hockey player, Richard Panik, was arrested for trespassing at Bevvy, a bar and eatery located on North Saddlebag Trail.
Scottsdale police confirmed Panik, 27, was arrested after reportedly refusing to leave the entrance of the establishment on April 8 at 8:50 p.m. Panik appeared to be intoxicated during his contact with officers, according to police.
The Arizona Coyotes released the following statement to ABC15: “We are aware of the incident and are still gathering information as it pertains to the situation. We will have no further comment at the present time.” source
Panik was booked into Scottsdale City Jail for criminal trespass and later released with a criminal citation. The 27-year-old played 37 games during the 2017-2018 season with the Chicago Blackhawks before being traded to the Arizona Coyotes. He played 35 games with Arizona.
