Missing Wilmington, North Carolina man, Justin “Hunter” Stroupe, was found dead in Greenfield Lake Sunday morning.
Stroupe, 28, was reported missing on Wednesday, by the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.
WPD, the fire department and EMS responded to the scene where Stroupe’s body was found lifeless.
According to Lt. Jerry Brewer with the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office, the body has been identified as Stroupe.
The body was found in the lake at Yaupon Dr & E Lake Shore Dr Wilmington, NC 28401.
Authorities said the death investigation is being conducted by the Wilmington Police Department.
