The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office said it’s looking for a missing child in the Goode area.
They said a 911 caller claimed that his nine-year-old daughter, Zoey Hotaling, was missing.
Zoey was reported missing around 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, March 28 from a home in the 1200 block of Blessed Grace Lane, off Old Cifax Road.
Her father said she was last seen around 3:45 p.m. and he and his neighbors had been searching the area for her before calling 911.
She has cerebral palsy and walks with a limp. Zoey was last seen wearing a pink, long-sleeved shirt and long, khaki pants.
Zoey is also with her dog Peaches, who is copper in color and weighs around 40 pounds.
The father said Peaches will answer to her name.
