Heather Todd has been identified as the person killed following a crash on U.S. 701 North in the Conway area involving a car and a tractor-trailer. Another person suffered critical injuries.
Todd, 18, from Conway, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash Tuesday night.
According to tweets from Horry County Fire Rescue, the crash happened before 10:30 p.m. near U.S. 701 and Wise Road. source
A second victim was extracted and transported to a local hospital for treatment of critical injuries.

I think you need to retract this story. A young lady has been taken well before she had a chance to live. It does NOT matter what she identifies as. She is a human being and I'm sure her family is sorely offended by this story. It's trash media outlets like you who give the rest a bad name. You are opening yourself to legal repercussions by posting fictional statements. And as far as I'm aware she is a FEMALE and was born a female not a male.
