Robert Finney has been named by West Palm Beach Police as the man responsible for a double shooting that left a man dead and his young wife in the hospital.
Finney, 35, shot his wife, 20-year-old Roqueria Mills and another man, 20-year-old Robert Anthony, after discovering the pair occupying a vehicle.
The shooting happened Saturday night along Brandywine Road near the Village Place apartment complex located at 2111 Brandywine Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409.
Police arrested Finney at the scene. He was armed at the time of his arrest.
According to court records, Finney and Mills filed for divorce last month.
Finney is being held at the Palm Beach County Detention Center on charges of murder and attempted murder, police say.
