4 Shot 3 Dead In Galveston Waterfront Resort Murder-Suicide

A grizzly murder scene is playing out at an upscale waterfront resort in Galveston after witnesses reported shots fired on the 8th floor in the early morning hours Monday.

Upon arrival, Galveston police say they discovered three people dead and another injured at the San Luis Resort located in Galveston.

Police are investigating the incident as a murder-suicide.

Galveston police said authorities started receiving calls about gunshots coming from the 8th floor about 4:30 a.m. Officers arrived and found four people had been shot, police said. Three of them were dead, and the fourth person was critically wounded. source
