LAPD officers are rushing to the scene of possible shots fired on the USC campus on Monday.
The incident was first reported shortly before 12:30 p.m.
LAPD said the report came from the 3500 block of University Avenue.
The school posted an alert on social media warning students to avoid the area due to police activity.
