The father of Johntae Adams, one of two teens killed in an early Saturday morning crash in Rutherford County, has revealed his identity.
Johntae, a junior at Blackman High School, died in a collision that occurred around 3:30 a.m. at the intersection of Dilton Mankin Road and Wilson Overall Road southeast of Murfreesboro, TN.
Authorities say it is still unclear as to exactly what caused the wreck that claimed the lives of two teenagers. Three others were injured. Family members identified one of the injured students as 17-year-old Trae Swader. The other students involved have not yet been identified.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends at this difficult time.
