A body found near a creek on Indianapolis’ south side on Thursday has been identified as, Tanya Ragsdale, the woman reported missing June 16.
Two children found Ragsdale’s body near a creek while playing in the area.
On Friday, the Marion County Coroner identified the body as Ragsdale, 40. The death remains under investigation.
Ragsdale’s cause of death has not been released and police are not saying at this time whether they are identifying her death as a crime.
