Montgomery County prosecutors filed a motion to move the case against Elexus Dawkins, 17, of Dayton, to adult court in connection to the shooting death of Dayton, Ohio, music promoter and Hip Hop artist, Avery Green, aka Elroy Facey. He was 41.

Dawkins is charged with four counts of complicity to commit murder, two counts of complicity to commit aggravated robbery, two counts of complicity to commit felonious assault and two counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor.
Dawkins is accused of performing a “sex act” on Green when Michael Wood, 18, allegedly shot and killed the 41-year-old.
In early May, Two men were jailed on suspicion of murder in the Montgomery County Jail: Tyrone K. McGhee, 20, and Michael J. Wood, 18. They are being held without bond awaiting a Tuesday afternoon arraignment.
