A spokesperson for Worthington Schools said a member of the Thomas Worthington High School boys basketball team is missing in South Carolina while the team was visiting for a training camp.
The spokesperson said Eric Clark is missing after he went into the ocean off of Fripp Island. Clark is also a member of the Thomas Worthington High School Boys Varsity Football team.
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office said the search has been suspended for the night and will resume in the morning.
Clark is listed as black male, 5’11” 172 lbs.
