A teenage girl suspected of stabbing her twin brother was taken into custody by Yuma County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
The incident happened at about 7:42 a.m. in the area of East 24th Place and Fortuna Road, in Yuma, Arizona.
Deputies say the girl stabbed her twin in the leg and then ran away. She was apprehended by law enforcement at an undisclosed location a short time later.
The boy was taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center and is expected to make a full recovery.
Neighbors say the incident started after the two had an argument.
The names of the teens are being withheld because of their age.
