Michael Allen Joyner, the Wilson County, NC., man wanted in the killing of his wife and father, has been apprehended in California, officials say.
Joyner is accused of killing his wife and his father while apparently leaving a toddler alive in a locked room in a Wilson County residence.
Authorities were correct in assuming Joyner had flown to California from Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
Deputies discovered the bodies of two adults and an alive toddler locked in a bedroom after they were called to check on a person around 7:25 p.m. Friday at 4104 Evansdale Road, according to a news release from Wilson County Sheriff’s Office. source
