Police have identified Billy McNeil, a Nashville resident, as the driver of a 2007 Chevrolet pictured in the video that caught him striking a police officer with the vehicle.
McNeil has warrants issued for his arrest that include aggravated assault, driving on a revoked license, evading arrest, and resisting arrest.
