Protesters brought traffic to a grinding halt on San Francisco’s famed Bay Bridge after chaining themselves to several vehicles.
A massive snarl of cars and trucks lay dead in their tracks over most of the 23,556 feet of the major bay artery.
At the time of writing this report, firemen could be seen using bolt cutters to free the protesters at which point they appeared to be taken into custody.
