A video has surfaced depicting Fort Lauderdale Officer Victor Ramirez confronting Bruce Laclair, a homeless man who had been sleeping on a bench inside a bus terminal near downtown Fort Lauderdale.
Fort Lauderdale officials say, Ramirez, may be facing criminal charges.
Ramirez can also be heard berating Laclair, 58, using profanity throughout the ordeal.
