EMS crews, Fire and Police responded to a chaotic incident at the annual Pumpkin Festival on the campus of Keene State College in New Hampshire.

Multiple injuries have been reported.

Keene Fire officials confirm that the incident took place around 2:30 p.m. at a party on Butler Court on Saturday.
