A 15-month-old baby was shot and killed in her Irvington, New Jersey home on Saturday.
The little baby girl was in her apartment when a bullet entered through a wall and struck and killed her.
The shooting occurred just after 4:30 p.m. while with her parents at 84 Ellis Avenue.
Officials say it appears a bullet entered the side of the victim’s second floor apartment from the outside, striking her. The victim’s parents rushed the baby to Newark Beth Israel Hospital where she was pronounced dead shortly after. The Essex County Homicide Task Force is investigating the incident. There is no motive or suspects at this time. h/t 7online
