Teresa Giudice was not spared prison by being sentenced to home confinement, the reality star will spend 15 months in a federal facility.
Because Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in the federal pen, there will be no time subtracted for good behavior or over crowding.. Feds don’t allow it.

“I fully take responsibility for my actions,” Teresa read from a letter in court, per the New Jersey Record. ” I deeply love my family… My four daughters are my life.”
She was eligible for up to 27 months behind bars, but the judge gave her somewhat of a break.
Her husband Joe Giudice was sentenced earlier in the day to 41 months.
