Nathaniel Kibby, 34, has been arrested and charged with one count of felony kidnapping for knowingly confining Abigail Hernandez on October 9, 2013, in Conway, New Hampshire, with a purpose to commit an offense against her.
Kibby was arrested after Hernandez provided the police with details of her kidnapping. He will be arraigned Tuesday in Conway District Court.
Abby Hernandez, 15, was reunited with her family on Sunday. She went missing after leaving Kennett High School at the end of the school day on October 9.
