Dear Rihanna, claiming ignorance just doesn’t cut it.. But that’s exactly what the Diamonds singer is trying to do after tweeting then deleting “#FreePalestine”
8 minutes after SOMEONE posted #FreePalestine to HER Twitter account, the tweet was deleted and now Rihanna is now saying she never meant it to be sent out in the first place. Um yeah.
One source is quoted as saying, “She deleted it because it was never meant to be tweeted,”adding, “She didn’t even realize it was a tweet until she started hearing from her fans.” The source says Rihanna was reading about the Middle East conflict online when she clicked a link. The next thing she knew … her fans were asking her why she was pro-Palestine. Yeah, right Rihanna. source
The explanation is obviously curious. In order to tweet, someone would either have to type the message or cut and paste it, and then click the “Tweet” button.
If it look like a tweet and smells like a tweet, then is probably a tweet, and Rihanna definitely stepped in it.
