Near the 11700 block of San Vicente Boulevard tight parking restrictions have been put in place, yes that was just an understatement. Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., drivers, or in this case, parkers, have a mere 60 seconds to park and conduct their business.
