Officers interviewing the Elliot Rodger weeks before he would commit six murders, described him in their official report as a “perfectly polite, kind and wonderful human being.”

Rodger masterfully downplayed his problems and deadly intentions, and the deputies cleared the call, but many are left wondering why the report described the killer as if he was being recommended for the medal of honor.
