NOT CUTE: Miley Cyrus Tattoos FACE

Everytime we see a new celebrity tattoo, we think, how do they intend to cover this one up!?! But we’re learning, the whole idea behind tattoos is not covering them up and to let them shine in all their historical sailor glory. Here’s another ink job (recently branded into Miley Cyrus’ bottom lip,) that will be indeed very hard to hide, if you’re, let’s say, singing, eating, kissing or anything involving your face that requires opening the mouth.
