Danica Patrick’s hopes of starting her 2014 season with a bang in the Daytona 500 were brought to a crashing halt—literally.
Patrick is credited with causing a 13-car pileup on lap 146 which delayed the race for a long time.
Patrick and her No. 10 car led the race at one point, but then crashed head-on into the side wall.
