Breezy To Remain In Jail At Least Until Monday

Chris Brown and his bodyguard will be sitting in jail at least until Monday.

Brown, 24, was arrested on a felony assault charges in Washington D.C. on Sunday after a 4:30 a.m. tussle outside a luxury hotel. Brown is said to have reacted violently after two males fans tried to get in a photo the singer was taking with a female fan.

Brown’s camp insists the man was actually trying to get on the singer’s bus after two ladies tried to gain entry but were shut down by Brown security. That’s when the alleged victim and his friend attempted to follow suit. Brown’s reps claim he just wanted to stop them from getting on the bus. There was no explanation as to how the injuries occurred.

Things are sure to get very interesting for Brown who is currently on probation for his 2009 assault on former GF Rihanna.

Hollosy, 35, was also arrested on a felony assault charge. The alleged victim was treated at the hospital and released.

Because of DC regulations Brown can’t pay bail, so he’ll have to sit in jail until he sees a magistrate Monday.

This incident also violates Brown’s probation stemming from the Rihanna beating back in February of 2009, he could get put in jail for four years at the most.
