I think it’s safe to say this guy had it coming.. But the internet seems to like to keep the government honest! So they are erupting with conspiracy rumors this morning after bomber brother number 1, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was apparently spotted on news video being arrested by police quite ALIVE.. The news reporter can be heard saying a man (who appears to be Tamerlan) is being arrested and has been stripped naked for police safety.. The question is, did they also gut this guy looking for explosives? That would explain his injuries..
