Kim Kardashian made (another) NYC appearance today, this time stepping out wearing this bejeweled bluish gray dress. The mother-to-be has let no moss grow under her Jimmy Choo’ relentlessly promoting her big-screen debut in Tyler Perry’s newest flick, Temptation.

Kim commented on the joys of motherhood as far as it pertains to high priced shoes, “actually [they] hurt my back. I love high heels. Whatever makes me feel good, I want to wear, and I love wearing heels.”
So, no pain no gain Kim? Even at the risk of your health? Why am I not surprised?
