Mikel Ruffinelli weighs in at 420-pound and is the mother of four — and for those of you counting — she measures in at a mind-blowing, eight-feet in circumference, standing at just five-foot-four.

Mikel, 39, is literally wider than she is tall.

‘I love my shape and I see no reason to diet because I don’t have health problems,’ explains Mikel, has a proportionally small 40-inch waist. ‘Men don’t fancy skinny girls, they like an hourglass figure.’
