I’ve already come to terms with the fact I can no longer refer to Kim Kardashian as being “fat” – now I have to refer to her as being “pregnant” – but in the spirit of transition I have to ask, isn’t it a little early for Kim to be showing? I mean didn’t she get pregnant like yesterday?
