In the film, Aniston is hired on by Jason Sudeikis to be his pretend wife. The Millers are a fake family, who smuggle drugs in the U.S.

Judging from the paparazzi pictures taken, Aniston is playing the ‘wife’ and not the prostitute in the scene.
