Zac Efron Weird Left Arm on Men’s Health

This picture somehow made its way to the cover of Men’s Health and shows us the usual good looking Efron with one big exception, his damn left arm looks so weird and unnatural! I have no idea if this is a bad workout procedure or just bad photoshop! What say you?

Even staunch Efron fans have been left a bit leery:
