Actress Amanda Bynes, 26, was arrested in West Hollywood last night for Driving Under the Influence.
Police told TMZ that she “was attempting to pass a cop car in her black BMW, and sideswiped the right rear panel of the vehicle. She was pulled over and cops determined she was not fit to be behind the wheel.”
