Postal Service Broke But Spending Like Crazy

Here’s one of those stories that makes you go “huh?”

Seems that even with recent reports that our beloved USPS may be just months away from total insolvency they still find ways to spend like crazy.

Today it was a pricey ceremony at the National Zoo in Washington, DC, complete with Postal Service dignitaries and live tigers, no joke.
