When Warner Bros. threw up their hands and said “Enough! You’re fired!” they also took pen in harsh hand, going into 11 pages of detail about how sick Charlie Sheen is, all in an effort to discredit Sheen and ultimately fire him.

The problem Warner may end up having with the vindictive ”Your Fired” letter to Sheen is it basically confirms their knowledge that Sheen was indeed “Sick” and according to California State and Federal law, you can’t fire someone who is sick.

Sheen’s uber-sharp lawyer, Marty Singer, is jumping all over Warner’s long winded letter and will certainly use it against them in a newly leveled $150 Million lawsuit in which Charlie seeks not only compensation for his own suffering, but also damages for the entire cast and crew of Two and a Half Men.

“Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, Two and a Half Men, in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre’s own conduct,” writes his lawyer, Marty Singer.
